Later  in  the  afternoon,  the  sighting  of  the  antelope  provokes  immediate  orienting  and  stalking  behavior.  The  stimulus  is  the  same,  but  the  behavioral  responses  are  very  different.  What  has  changed  is  the  motivational  state  of  the  animal.
